When you book your first session with me, I will reach out so that we can connect to discuss your goals and details about what you can expect – before the session.

After our call, I will send you documents via email that will require your electronic signature in advance of the session.

If you have any questions before you book, please schedule a free consultation call with me so that we can discuss. (I always have a lot questions – so I’m happy to answer yours! 😊)

I get that life happens and things come up. If anything changes and you are unable to make your appointment, I would love to have 48 hours notice so that we can reschedule to a day and time that works better for you. 

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged the full session amount. 

If you are not able to make it to the office but could attend from elsewhere, doing a virtual session for EFT Tapping or for Reiki can be an option.

The main difference between these 2 types of sessions is that with the Energy and Coaching session, you will be taking a more active role in working with your energy. To gain maximum benefit from these sessions, you will be encouraged to do some follow up exercises and build some new habits at home.  

If you are looking for deep relaxation, and not interested in doing energy work at home but still want to feel the benefit – Reiki would be your best choice. Reiki is also a great introduction into energy work.

EFT Tapping sessions can easily be done online. In fact, most of my tapping sessions are done virtually as I work with people from around the world!

Reiki session can also be done virtually. If you are interested in knowing more, book a free consultation call with me and we can go over details.

Energy work is very personal; we are all on our own journey. While you can definitely purchase sessions on behalf of someone else if they are willing, please know that they will be required to connect with me in advance, sign the  documentation for themselves and be open to energy work.

In my experience, children love energy work! 

As we are all energetic beings and our energies affect others’ energies, in order to work with children, I do require that at least on parent also signs up to work with me. That way you have a better understanding of what we are doing, how to work with your energy, and how to support the integration at home.

During sessions, children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian.
